Return Policy

In the event of Early Return of the rental vehicle by the renter, there shall be no refund issued unless approved under special circumstances by 8LR management. However, at the discretion of 8LR management a rental credit may be issued for the remaining unused days of the rental.

Restrictions

We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of any substance, hung over or in an unsafe manner to drive. No refunds only a credit for another day will be offered.

Cancellation Policy

Our Service Fee is non-Refundable, all other rental charges are eligible for a full refund 72 hours prior to the start of your rental. Exceptions can be made under special circumstances at the discretion of 8LR management.

Refunds typically take 5-7 Business days to process, and depending on the method of payment, or banking system you use it can take longer to process.
